now bad starter

Got the grounding problem fixed then I think my starter went bad trying to start the car after a year of sitting. Crank and crank then rapid clicking from the starter. If not one thing its the next.

i have the same problem with the ls in my 90 hatch.
i think that it may be the relay under the dash
