Well you should not advance the cam unless you dyno to see what the correct setting should be. Also, you need to check your A/F ratio, which you can do at the dyno to see if you need to bump up your fuel pressure.

when you get new cams you have to do some serious tunning, otherwise there was no point in getting cams. Most people still se some gains with the basemaps but not usually a lot. Get some cam gears , a vafc and book some tuning time.

Are you sure your not off a tooth? Adjust your cam gears at a dyno to get the best results...

they'll adjust your timing, fuel setting, vtec engagement, etc.. ask for references for a good shop with a dyno that does tuning in your area, or request the help(with payment, of course) of someone from here that knows what they're doing in your area..

good luck with the skunks, and be sure to post your dyno plots..

The stock ECU is likely your problem...the VTEC Xover is too soon....

you probably have a huge valley in your curve.....

At the moment, I also have the same problem with Stage 2's. Feels a lot slower, hopefull tuning can fix that.

Stage 2's need more than 10:1 CR that may also be your problem.

Mine is at about 10.8-9. Made 186/130 semi tuned with Skunk Stage 1's. So far the Stage 2's dont feel too great 'dropped in.' As always I shall tune to finalize.
