Someone PLEASE HELP!!! aRgH!
I've tried getting responses regarding my distributor issue. All I need to know is, when I replace it in the near future, if I need the distributor with the large coupling or the small coupling. I have no idea what the hell the "coupling" is, so if anyone knows, all I need is a response like "large" or "small". ANY help would be greatly appreciated, but no one seems to know anything about this. I have a 2000 Integra Type R.
Thanks

As far as I know there is no difference. I have never heard of this. Let me check Acura parts store, and see if there are 2 different numbers...
Ok I checked the Acura online parts store...its the same number (30105-P73-004) between a gsr and a type r from '96 - '01 meaning they are exactly the same. Either the person you are talking to has lost it, or I am not seeing something here.

AutoZone asked me ab the coupling size; as for OBD2, I have a 96 JDM B18C with OBD1 conversion. Will the swap present a problem? I used the USDM distributor with the swap, though.
Ok...I just called my Auto Zone and they said what coupler size...I said does it matter? She said let me check...no the part number is exactly the same for both. So I would say that it is just an issue in Auto Zone's computer. Hope this helps!
