Default clutch not disengaging??? help

i have a 93 honda del sol s with an b18ls swap. i just recently swapped out stock clutch and flywhell for a stage three clutch and 7.5 lbs flywheel. the car drove fine for bout 3000 miles but now has a problem. occasionally the clutch will not disengage when i push the pedal to the floor but it only seems to happen when in first or second gear. my first thoughts were either a slave cylinder gone bad or a bad pressure plate but the clutch kit only has about 3000 miles on it..... if anyone has any ideas on what the prob could be i would greatly appreciate your input
