Hmm cant quite figure out why my obd0 b16 isnt running properly. Its breaking up at all rpms, so bad that i cant even drive it down the street because the whole car is bouncing due to the breaking up of rpms... Its tough to tell what the problem may be though.. A few examples, the cars been sitting for a year so the gas could be bad.. But would it cause the car to run this crappy?. Possibility number 2, Im switching from obd1 to 0. So the dizzy might have something wrong with it.. And i dont have another one to test it with. This harness came out of an HF...mines a DX. But that should not have anything to due with it.. DO you think the timing could be off... Maybe it slipped a tooth?. Im pretty sure its not in limp mode because the motor revs past 3k. What does this sound like to you? My only other guess is a bad map sensor.

 

Im goin thru the same thing on my ek hatch,I just swapped in a b16 motor in it and its doing the same exact thing I switch up my harness like I was told by a friend but still have the same issue I still have my stock non-vtec computer so that could b the case im gettin a vtec p28 and check of that fixes it,if not the dizzy is next to mess with.
