Sounds good but do you realize how long it will be before Acura has a shortblock to give you.
I'm sure they're not replacing the ENTIRE engine if they don't have to.

hmm thats weird. I could see them giving you a new block and internals but an entire new engine? Why would they do that if the top end is fine? They replaced my bottom end also. They gave me a blank engine block.

what did you do? must have reved the **** out of it or something run out of oil or something I have never heard of something like that with out some sort of forced induction.

Glad to hear that you were able to get Acura to get your car fixed...what hoops did they make you jump through in order to get the engine replaced? Hope that the car isn't out of commission much longer.
