Default Koni SP3 limits?

I'm looking into upgrade my springs, I currently have Eibach springs from the Ground control kit (450 front 400 rear), and I'm looking into getting something very stiff for circuit and autox use. What are the maximum ft/lb that an SP3 shock can take? I'm thinking of getting Swift springs in the 750ft/lb range...

I'm going to keep the sleeves, just changing the springs. The springs are absolutely awesome for daily/some track, but I want something much stiffer seeing as it's now my weekendly only/track car now

Depending on who you ask, answers range from 500 to 600 lbs/in.

I've interpreted this as 500 is about the limit to be correctly damped, but that 600 isn't too terribly under damped.

If you're thinking about 750 lbs/in rates, it might be time to get the shocks revalved.

Would I be looking at getting the SPSS3 valving? or an even more aggressive valve?

Call Koni and ask. From everything I've heard, they are willing to discuss your needs with you and offer advise. They can even valve the shocks specific to your requirements, if you think / know you need something different than the SPSS3 valving.

But, if you're not going to step up to a full on race shock, I think the SPSS3 valving is supposed to be good up to a 1000lbs/in rate or so.

Awesome, I'll do that. Thanks for the help.
