Default CF hood search

anyone know of a good site for carbon fiber hoods for 5th gen?

like fitment, quality, experience with them

i hear seibon is a good company or is vis better?

Both VIS and Seibon are Good CF hoods.

They have the best brackets/latch.. so you dont have to worry about your hood flying over your roof.

Seibon has a Carbon Kevlar hood which is my preferance cause of the gold shine it has.

I have a 4th gen but I got a seibon hood for $450 shipped off ebay.I think the sellers name is Tuner Outlet. The hood is very high quality and light. Ive had it for over a year now and it hasnt faded at. We had some hail down here and it pretty much screwed the hood tho. It still looks fine but there are a million small indentions in the gel/clear coat. The carbon is fine tho so I guess it help up well. I dont use hood pins either and Ive never had a problem at 120+ mph.
