I was always interested in those volk rims that had the rivets all the way around and a 5 spokes that almost looked like a star...

can you guys tell me what kind they are?

i figure they should be cheap by now, since they are old school and EVERYONE and their brother had a set....

sorry I don't dare try to go on the web and find you a link w/ a pic because the laptop I'm using right now is a POS and keeps giving me errors when i use the web...

the Volk AV3s are 5 spoke and i think they had rivets..

i like those rims untill everbody and there mother had them

but now they would probably be a little more rare

volk also had a rim out earlier than the av3's--the group c rim. remember that one, guys? maybe that's what he was talking about... ???

Those were my favorite rims.

I wouldn't mind getting some Enkei RP01's...I think TireRack still sells them.

I'm sure someone has those AV3's locked up in storage somewhere. I used to see them all over the place.

looks like Samurai Jack beat me to finding a pic of the AV3's.. I was using my laptop earlier n it kept crashing IE when using google = (... I was gonna post a pic since Im on my desktop now.. but yeah those were the rims I thought you were talking about.. the Konig Monsoon is like a knockoff of it.. Lolz make sure u remember to tighten the lugs this time...

 

I always liked the Racing Hart Type-C tracers and the The Cp-R's. The AV-3's are sweet, my buddy has 18's on his Supra.

 

i think it's the AV3's but damn, i rememberr the star arms being a little smaller.. hmmmm the C2's look ok too....

yup they're the 5zigen copse or corpse dont remember how to spell it. ive always liked them, id get those for sure if i was turboed

 

now i'm sure it's the AV3's... off to ebay and recycler to see what they are selling for these days..
