Default B18b CP pistons on GSR rods?

I just sent a member on here some money for some CP pistons he had on some Eagle LS rods. i got him to sell me just the pistons. I have eagle GSR rods im going to try to use with these pistons.
Well i got to thinking and actually checked CP's site. The b18c and b18b list different part numbers for the pistons. I know on stock cast pistons it would be 100% fine but im new to this whole forged thing. Im just wondering if the wrist pin is going to be sized different or something like that

same pistons*** they just yield different compression ratios in the diffrent motors

hence if it says 9:1 they'll give you two different PN's for pistons so that you get the correct piston with the correct dish to get you to the compression ratio you want
