Default piston will not BUDGE!!!!!

So today i went in to replace my brake pads, (thinking this was gonna be a piece a cake, BOY WAS I WRONG) i started with the front passenger side caliper, i lift caliper put in new pads (so far so good). Silly me i forgot i needed a C-CLAMP, (gets a c-clamp) so i proceed to compress piston into the caliper. OMG piston will not budge!!!! UGH i go to Autozone and i get the big GUNS, piston WILL NOT BUDGE. OK now i go and get the BIGGER GUNS, impact wrench 500ft. lbs of TQ, NOPE PISTON WILL NOT BUDGE. In the end, i just removed the brake line from the caliper (now i have to go bleed my brakes). In the procees of trying to push in the piston LOL i destroyed it, now i need a new piston.
Anyway can someone tell me what i did wrong why this pistin would not budge.
Only good thing was i proceeded to do the drivers side and taht was a PIECE OF CAKE!

Do yourself a BIG favor and pony up for a rebuild caliper. It's obvious that both the piston and the caliper bore it resides in were corroded enough to seize together. Most likely the dust seal cracked, allowing water to collect between the two.

Lets assume the water was on the inside from lack of preventive maintenance, so please do yourself a favor and do annual brake fluid flushes. You may live in a high humidity area, you may keep your brakes very hot from your style of driving or subburb driving, the brake fluid cap vent may be too big allowing too much hydro magnetism or top offs are being made with old fluid from long time open bottles that have had hydro magnetism.
