This seems to happen the most when its cold, (IE 30F or lower) and it tends to come and go from time to time. When I turn the key to START after letting it prime, almost right after cranking (I believe as the key goes from START back to ON (II) ) it will fire and then stall. When this happens all the power in the dash lights is gone, nothing. Not sure about the headlamps or console yet. It recovers within a split second, and the power is back on. Sometimes when it does this the engine is moving fast enough that even when this outage occurs, and the power comes back a split second later, it will catch and keep turning, so it cannot be powertrain related.

Anyone with this problem or one that is similar chime in.
