Gauges in the dash.
I was thinking about putting gauges in the dash, instead of on a pod. The section above the radio/glove box. Its hard to explain.
Pic is not my car, just googles car.
Anyone you know of done this? Any pictures that can help. If not I will have some pics up by the end of the day.

thats a pretty cool idea and i dont recall seeing anybody doing that. i know i could do it but alot of the people on here arent very knowledgeable when it comes to wiring. throw up a write up. i just want to see the pics....lol
A good few of us in the UK....

That's not my set up, that's a lad from Holland's crx, but I've got Boost and AFR there in mine. Just make sure you go enough either side of that central mounting point below the little rectangular cover you see on the top of the dash. (unlike he did, otherwise you're gonna have to trim stuff behind the dash) After that just feed something stiff but flexible down from the holes and pull your gauge wires back up.

mine.. I'll get a better pic tomorrow

They sit far better there than anywhere else, look almost like they were meant to be there, instead of like some rice **** in an A-pillar pod, and are certainly very well positioned to keep an eye on them easily.
