Yes thats for towing, theres a plastic cover for it.

Car still has everything on it i havent had anytime to switch wheels & remove the ice. I'm just trying to remove stuff to bring the price down. kbb is 12k, asking 9k with no wheels/ice is a steal. leak down & CR test perfect within 2-3 of each other. Hard to believe i havent had any serious offers bone stock wrx wagon in blue no accidents? I guarantee you wont find a better condition 02 wagon locally cheaper. anyhow thanks for the bumps/interest.
