ok so i have a bone stock 4 door ef and after shifting into second gear sometimes it feels like it is struggling to accelerate then all of a sudden gets a little boost and goes. any idea on what may be causing it?

How many miles do you have? When was the last time you changed your fuel filter? I had similar problems but from a stop not second gear. As soon as I changed my FF everything was fine.

 

I would do all the standard tune up stuff and then see if the problem is still there.

 

204k on the engine
it hasnt been tuned up for a while besides oil changes.
it just gets annoying cuz its like its bogging until it gets enough gas and kicks in
