Ok, I searched and didnt find smack

I am just about to get free 94-01 GSR cloth seats. My friend put gsr seats in his ef hatch. If i get these seats ae they going to fit right into the back seats? I know the front will need to modified but I just need rear seats. Please dont bash if you actually find a thread with an answer, i didnt find anything

no answer, but i sure hope they do. haha. ive got 96 front and rear seats in my integra that are going to (hopefully) find their way into my rex. we'll see i guess.

You can weld in some custom brackets

 

you need to read his entire post. he knows the front will work with modification. he's asking about using integra rear seats and if they will work. the rear seats do not have a seat pan.

i personally don't think it will work but have nothing to go by. just personal experience with trying to install different chassis seats into other cars. good luck with it though and if you do get it and try let us know if it works cause i personally haven't heard of anyone doing this.

wow, that was clever. did you think of that one by yourself? where is the tech in anyhting you posted? considering this is a tech thread.

 

like i said i already looked through the search and the faq, but the REAR seats are not listed. Im just wanting to make sure they fit right. but i guess ill just throw his gsr seats in my car and see if they fit. Honda tech has been good to me so far, so i guess ill wait this out before i drive a good 600 miles to get the seats and other stuff for my xmas gift.

for one buddy, i was one of two people on here who posted anything that was remotely close to helping you. look at posts 4 and 5. secondly that post wasn't directed towards you. thirdly, this is from the rules and regulations for the ef civic/crx forum if you look at the very first line, you will see that this is a TECH forum.

lastly i wasn't saying that your thread wasn't a tech thread because it is. i was refering to the post of the guy who was trying to sell you seats.

we need more info on if DC rear seats fit or not. I would grab my friends but i dont think he'll let me touch his canadian rear recaros from his typeR.

it was said the DA seats fit tho? what kinda of modification needs to be done? the FAQ thread needs to be updated with more info for our 4th gens too...
