is there any way to find out if the te37s im buying are fake. i know that the 4 lug version, the lugs match up with the spokes on rotas. but im buying 5 lugs and i cant find the difference at all between the rotas and volks.

 

one way to tell besides the offset hole for the 4-lug is to check the back of each spoke.

the rota's have material taken away behind the spoke whereas a volk does not.

 

That is not true... I had some Black VOLK te37s that were not engraved on the backs of the spokes...

Those were ordered brand new from Mackin ....

I'll snap some shots of my current volks ( I have 2-3 sets ) and maybe it will help you figure out if the ones you are picking up are real or not !
