DIY: Half-Rad in a DA Integra
Figured I'd post this since I didn't see it here before I began my project. I needed a new radiator, and figured I'd do a little custom work along with "upgrading" so to speak. There's mixed feelings on whether this is a good idea or not, because lack of cooling ability. But, I know swapped Civic's run their stock half-rad's. Anyways, I had to custom fab a little bracket for the cooling fan shroud and another bracket to hold the radiator to the rad support. Here's are some pics i took after the install

Make a block off/diversion plate for the other side (beside the rad).
People who have done this and left it open have had over heating problems.
If you look under the hood of a Civic they have the block off plate from the factory.
Other then that, look good.

an IT racer buddy of mine mentioned the same thing. talking about how air will take the path of least resistance. ill get back to the drawing board to make that plate. it should be pretty easy.
