hey I might (EDIT: I AM) be interested in the blow off valve. Does it come with the flange as well? It really doesn't matter but I don't know if it comes with it when bought new or not. Let me know

no, i didnt get around to ordering the flange, its just the BOV with all mounting hardware and silicon hose, instructions (in english and japanese, i think!) ... new in box.

edit- the box has a price sticker on it: 22,000 yen. pretty cool
