Default Door Panel Removal.......

I know this has been posted a million times but I couldn't find anything in the search so if someone would be kind enough to simply explain how to safely remove the door panel off a teg I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

theres a little cap inside of the door handle, uncap it and unscrew that screw. then open your door and look towards the side thats closer to the front of your car, theres a plastic screw there. take that out and the think it was sitting in the middle of. then remove that one other screw in the (i have no idea what to call it) thing you use to pull the door closed when your inside the car. then after that just pull down your window and play with your panels and they should pop off. putting them back on is a real bitch. you should pop the side right next to the side view mirror in first and then the rest of it. goodluck

It took me awhile to get them back on nice and straight. Then both door panels rattled and squeked like crazy for 1000 mile or so until they worked themselves back in their 130,000 mile grooves. Good luck

I guess it's a good time to test my brand new scanner.

I hope this works. (first time hosting with WTDR)

btw, you do not need the tools shown above. Just pull it off from the bottom with your hands. HTH

with this panel removed, would the side impact bar be visible?
