b16a3 block with 99 si head Ref'able?
i was wondering a b16a3 block with a 99-00 si cylinder head will be able to pass inspection at a california referee station. b16a3 is obd1 so it will be converted to obd2b. is it allowed? will i need other emmisiond devices to convert to a 99 si spec?
