but its not possible to turbo a prelude type sh is it?

Of course you can. You may be thinking of the problems you run into with the ATTS system when you get around 250WHP. Its definitly not the best honda motor to turbo but you can do it.

its the torque, not the power. ATTS is a clutch system. Clutches are rated on their ability to hold torque, not power. And i have yet to see anything valid about "250" whp.

the motor is perfectly fine to boost as long as you are willing to lose ATTS function (by going with a good engine management) and have dead weight on the back on the engine.
