yo HT.. need help..i installed my oem stanley fogs on my eg, but ran into a problem..im guessing the 1992 cx didnt come wit the blue wire for the fogs under the dash thats suppose to be near the fuze box and theres suppose to be one in the engine bay..i cant find it cuz maybe i dont have it??..soo is there another way to to get my oem fog button to work wit out it..i had to ghetto rig it but i want it to be set up factory way..and is it possible to order the bule wire thats suppose to be there from the dealership?? or is there another wat to hook it up and i still get to use the oem fog button??

 

Its supposed to be on all models, one end is taped up with blue tape behind the drivers side headlight, the other end is taped up behind the fuse panel. But if for some reason its not there go to a junkyard and cut the plugs off another car and splice a piece of wire between them, run it through the firewall.

 

For 92-93, the lower trims did not have the blue wire prewired. With my 92 VX, I just ran a single 16-18 gauge wire (can't remember) from the engine bay through the firewall and into the cabin. At both ends, I crimped on female spade connectors so that it will plug into the OEM harnesses.
