New to hondas! I have a 1993 civic hb that I am putting a b18a out of a 1991 integra. The question is which engine wiring harness do I use? I have the one from the integra. The one that was on the civic motor went with the engine I sold. Please let me know which I need. Hope it is the one I have.

typically you want to use the harness that is from the car and work the motor in. WhenI did my swap, I kept the old motor as I needed little things like, connectors and brackets off the old motor...it helped to have it around..good luck with the swap!

No. you will need to either cut and splice several connectors though, or get an OBD1 distributor, alternator and injectors.

 

you will need 92-95 civic engine harness and 94-95 integra dizzy, 94-01 integra shift linkage ,axles , half shaft, 92-01 hydro b-series tranny, obd1 ls ecu, 92-01 b or d-series injectors

you dont need a alternator

and what model civic you have? cx, dx, si
