i just recieved my cat back and am looking for a reputable place to get it installed at in the central jersey area. if anyone knows of anyone please let me know. asap

 

There gonna charge ya. Dude, just call a local muffler shop. Most of them are game for a simple bolt on.

 

Or save yourself the money and do it yourself!

BTW what exhaust did you pick up?

charging me isn't a problem I figure it will be like $60 bucks or so. I'd do it myself except:
I have nothing to use to jack my car up and get under it.
I don't wann get f*'d and have to cut a bolt and not have one to replace it (rust and all)
(the cheap excuse)
I don't personally wanna sweat my *** off doing it this weekend it's way to hot
if anyone wants to help out and has the tools required then I'm game...

I'm from monmouth county and I installed my dc exhaust by myself, its pretty easy. As for tools, all you need is a 14mm socket I think. The only part I had to bring it to meineke for was to get the bolts bolting the b-pipe to the cat taken off and get new bolts, that ran me 30 bucks. Then it just bolts right on. They wanted 90 bucks to install it, a waste of money. If your not too far away I may be able to come and help you out. Race shops in my area charge $50. The local muffler shop charge one guy $70. Shop around. I'd rather be on my back crankin' a wrench. Arm power here, can't afford air tools.

 

I'm probably gonna try to do it my self, a buddy at my office has some tools and some stands for the car. Which was a big hold back from me doing it. Although he may not have time so in that case I'm screwed.
