It depends if you want to pass emissions or not and if you want to upgrade other componenets. I'd say if you wanna go all out and make it strictly race, get skunk2 stage 3's along with valves, valve springs, and the whole works.
IGNORE THIS -> If you want to stay smog friendly and be a daily driver, get a CTR intake cam with a ITR(same as CTR) exhaust cam, and some skunk2 valve springs to allow you to rev higher.

I wasn't aware that B series and H series cams were interchangable??

Thanks, J

Skunk, Spoon, and Toda make cams. I don't know the best though.

Im just a mere trial member so im not sure if this will carry any weight but...it's more complicated than "which cam is best"...It all depends on what the individual wants to achieve as far as what kind of power he or she is looking for. Although you can degree the cam to better suit your needs, factors such as the cam profile itself play a role in how the cam will react at differant engine speeds ext. Like buster said above, Toda, Skunk2, Spoon, and Jun all make good quality cams that will ensure performance gains but they can only do so much. How the car is tuned, what additional mods are used, and what the person wants to achieve is what really matters. Just one man's opinion.
