Default Fake? Spoon chip on P13

Hello friends,

I have bought 1 month ago on EBAY MOTORS , he told me that it was a real spoon chip and he paid MSRP about USD $ 1400.00 .

When my item has arrived, i have opened my ecu and i have seen that it was a "atmel" chip ....

Here are picture of the product,

I opened a dispute through Paypal a and they ask me some professionals proof that it's a fake.

Please respond only if you are a professionnal.

i Began discussion here https://honda-tech.com/forums/showth...3#post36504313 but some people told me that here you could help me.

Item has not been bought to a company, but through ebay .
I know that is not a real one but i would need a specialist, who represent a company that tell me that is a fake, so Paypal will be able to refund me.

Here is my ecu

Here is a copy of a REAL P13 ECU modifie with a Chip

in this picture

to the top and just to the right of the metal bar that goes across the ecu, you will see a code written on the ecu circuit board itself. That tells you want board it is. You can also let us know what the code in on the outside of the casing (has a bar code on it)

You got a P28 (or alike) ECU. The Board Layout of real P13 is far different from the P06/P28/P30/P72 ones. A real P13 has a 66911 MCU vs. the 66207 in the P06/P28/P30/P72 ones.

One interresting thing is, they added a S5050 or S5151! i think it's to drive the secondary runner. But from my knowledge, the P13 drives the secondary runner valve by pulling the signal to ground, the S5050/5151 ties the signal to +12Volts. So, the secondary runner will not work without modification.

IMO, it's a fake.

Edit & PS: From the Processor Code (-301) it's a P06.

It was a P06 originally. In which case the program it's running (Which is on the chip) can't even be a copy of a P13 spoon program or whatnot.
