Does a 1997 integra have a fuse for the fuel pump? if so where i know it has a relay

There's a fuse for the fuel pump inside the car where the rest of the fuses are (driver side, should be a blue one 15amp I think). I'm pretty sure there's a relay too for it but I'm not sure if it's under the hood or inside the car behind a kick panel.

 

i know my 99 does in the interior fuse box. it's for both the fuel pump and srs.
