I have a GSR engine swap in my Civic. Currently have an AEM hybrid CAI on it. I would like to get the filter out of the wheel well. Like a short ram air or something like that. Any ideas?

 

if you're doing a short ram, any one is as good as the next. just go down to auto zone and buy a cheapie, then just put your filter from your AEM on it and call it a day.

 

isnt there a bend between the tb and where the intake box was? if so, take it off there and stuff the filter there. or, you can do like me and either 1. us stock tube and jam a filter there, or 2. run a "no" ram like my teg. get a coupler if you need. those would be about you cheapest bets

 

Who makes a short ram for a ED with a GSR engine? Going to try just taking off the extension of and sticking the filter on their. Not the best for performance but atleast it won't get crappy.

 

just do that. you're not gonna get any more "performance" with any other short ram.

 

Might As Well Get A Cheap Short Ram And Get A Blox Velocity Stack And Filter.
