Ive heard of people finding oem-aftermarket lips. Theyre made from fiberglass though, so I dont know that it would last long.
If you know anyone at a Honda parts dept. you can ask them to try and track you down one.
Other than that, i guess just troll forums and craigslist, maybe youll find a used one.
EDIT: Just saw you posted on v6p also, take Dtownz advice, call your dealership.
