Default 92-95 Civic DX Hubs/Wheel Bearings in 88 HF Spindles

Hey guys this is my problem im having, i'm doing a b16/turbo swap in my crx hf and I asked my mechanic what I need for the axles to work, and he suggested I get 92-95 Civic DX hubs along with the wheel bearing, they got installed and looked to be working fine so I bolted up the suspension, brakes (No Fluid yet), wheels/tires etc. and put it on the ground for a few days, today I jacked up the front of the car & I noticed the wheels were slightly wobbling around, take off the wheel & seems like the hub/bearings are loose in the spindle, is the setup wrong or did it just get pressed in wrong?

Were the hubs new or used? Sounds like the bearings are bad.
