Default cd5 door lock actuator

So my door lock actuator on my front passenger side started buzzing every time I lock it and have now finally gotten around to replacing it but my question is, do i have to purchase part number 5 or can I just buy the individual part with the wire coming from it by number 46 (the actual actuator) ?

You want either part 8 or 36 depending on the side.

5 is the WHOLE assembly, not what you want and 46 is a bolt

Many times you can open up the lock actuator and find a broken plastic tab where the spring rests.
I've had great luck glueing in a support rod behind the tab to the edge of the actuator housing.
Then reinstall the spring and put it all back together.
