Im havin a problem with all my tail lights on my rex.

I've checked all fuse's both under the hood and under the dash, my groundings are all good and there is no wires shorting out near my stereo.

The problem im having is that their just not turning on. I used a multi-meter to check the fuse slot for my tail lights under the dash and its just not getting any power.
So what i was thinking was just wireing a few holder around the fuse box just for the tail lights but im not sure which wire's it is
All the diagrams that i've looked at tell me that the r.tail light is red/blue and the l.tail light is red/black. I've tried making sense of it but im at lost and need some help.

 

if your not getting power to your fuse block you might want to investigate as to why. if you reroute power to your taillights you might be side stepping a larger problem
