I think it would be easier to just get a mpfi intake manifold and use that with the dx motor.

Get an intake manifold and distributor from and HF or Si. Install on the dx engine. Converting a mpfi car to dpfi = not cool.

...oh god why. try a zc swap if ur looking for something more than just a cheap dd. it's still cheap, per say, but its alot more to look at than a d15 in a car with more potential than the engines worth. in my opinion.

nope, you need the harness from the car.

the way I understand it: you can't really use your dpfi engine harness in the mpfi car... unless you convert the whole dang car to dpfi (oh god, why?).

the easiest solution is probably to use your d15b2, but use an intake mani, dizzy, and engine harness from an hf/si/ex...

thatd be how you want to do it. your d15b2 dx engine is good, but you don't want the dpfi. so remove the intake mani, and dizzy from that engine. install the hf dizzy and intake manifold, and then use the hf wiring harness, and you'll be good to go.
