GC Spring rate for the 95 Accord
I just spoke to GC and they said that the OTS for the 95 Accord is 400/300 and he told me that this is just fine for a DD.
And that the civics have a different OTS spring rates.
Does this makes sense having a larger car than the civics to have this 400/300 spring rates
or should I go with 400/350 OTS. from weaksauce.?

Keep in mind that spring rates can't be compared between different cars, unless the motion ratio just happens to be the same.
A 400 lbs/in front rate on my Integra is approximately equivalent to a 180 lbs/in spring on the front of a new Civic, for example.
If you don't know what your car's motion ratio is front and rear, nor the motion ratios of the cars you're attempting to compare to, then the spring rates alone are meaningless. Go with what is recommended unless you know you want different rates, know exactly what rates you do want, and why.
