ITR ECU question

Default ITR ECU question

Would the ECU from a 2000 ITR work on a different 2000 ITR.
ofcourse both ITR's being stock.

i am asking because i thought it would work, but i tried the swap and it does not work.

any comments, greatly appreciated.

No.

The car will not start because the immobilizer is programed to a specific key. You will need to remove the immobilizer chip on the ECU. Do not ask me how to do this.
