what should my 1/4 time be?

1994 civic hatch
b20 motor
jdm b16 tranny (lsd)
stage 3 crower cams
stage 2 clutch
full 2.5 inch exhaust
street slicks

thanks my friend said i wont break 15.5....... what do you guys think?
