92 accord electrical problems
like the title says i have issues with my tail lights not working and my instrument cluster does not light up. everything else works great, and yes ive checked all the fuses all are good. thanks in advance
You've either missed the blown fuse or the multifunction switch on the steering colume went bad.
I'd recheck the fuses using either a 12v test light or a multimeter; I suspect you missed one.

Same thing happened on two of my Civics. If it isn't the fuse, it's likely the headlight switch. Try turning the switch slowly on and off. Wiggle it a little in the on position and see if your dash lights go on and off.
yea definitely recheck the fuses
im sure its happened to all of us
although one time my dash lights wouldnt come on because i had unplugged my dimmer switch
but that wouldnt explain the tail lights not working

ok i did all that, checked all the fuses with a multimeter all good even installed a malfuction switch still nothing, and no i did not install a radio everything is stock, but what was you was saying about the illumination circuit fuse, is that located in the fuse box under the hood, because i checked all the fuses and they are good unless its located somewhere else under the hood, and thanks guys for all the help, keep it coming.

I'm sorry if I sound insensitive in asking the obvious question:
You are aware that there are two fuse boxes, yes?
Don't yell at me please, but it's happened twice since I joined the forum :-)

okay thanks, ill check it for the millionth time, this time ill pull the fuse to see if its good, but like i already said, i checked all the fuses and the are good, also check to see if my brake lights work and they dont either, also i have a new problem, i cant get the car out of park unless i unlock the gear shift mechanism
Your brake lights and your gear shift lock are tied to the same problem, so now you have multiple problems. I was a little lazy and didnt read all the replies but dont just check for a bad fuse or two, check for powers around the system, maybe a loose connection at the fuse box???
