whats this cluster out of and where is it from?
Can someone please identify this cluster? I know it's from an 88-91 but I'm not sure if it is SiR or something else. If you can't tell from the pic please give me some cluse as to where I can find identifying numbers or characteristics. Thanks!
There were also two manufactures that produced these clusters for honda, I think denso and nippon maybe, it will be printed somewhere on the cluster. The only real difference is the appearance of the redline on the tach.

the french just means unleaded fuel only.
Probably came for quebec. It is a cluster that is probably pissed off in nature like most quebecian's cause they have realized they are not real french men.

Yes, it's a Canadian EX/Si cluster. They are common, you can get them at most wreckers for around $40.
If it was from a UK 1.6i-16 it would read up to 150mph on the main numbers, and the equivalent in km/h on the inner numbers.
and if it was JDM Si it would read to 190 km/h only, no mph.
It would also redline at 7200rpm if it was either of those, which suggests to me it's come out of something like a 1.5.. from Canada
