if you can buy coilovers. they go for like 800-1000. i got mine for 850. they are fully adjustable in height and the handling for the daily drive is amazing

Well I wouldn't pay attention to the Suspension Section of the Accord FAQ and I probably wouldn't search either.

And if you consider the amount people put into their Civics/Integras why would it be hard to grasp that people put that much in their Accords?

$1000 for suspension is well worth it in an Accord. I spent $1100 on suspension parts for my build. If you can put them on yourself than you will save on labour charges. Add a few hun to the price tag if you get a shop to install all 4. Don't forget to add in the price of an alignment. No matter who installs them you must get an alignment done emediatly after the install. Or you could run it without an alignment and pay for new tires every 3 months or so.

Like The Muffinman said. If people are sinking ridiculous amounts of money into Civics then dropping 1k into an Accord is a no brain'er. They are at least 4x the car a Civic ever thought of being to start with. All in all, in the end, it's really up too you. Is your Accord worth that much to you?

I agree!!! Accords are more luxury then civics, bigger, and just more to them.. If you can put on suspension and name brand keep in mind for 1G I would take it any day of the week.. It all depends on how you want your ride to feel when driving.

I just installed my suspension today (Tein SS System). It cost me $1500. I have to say, it's the best money I spent on the car so far. It made an incredible difference in the drivability of the vehicle. I'm used to driving civics, and the weight difference in my accord was noticeable. Not any more. Two words best describe it. . . FREAKIN AWESOME.
