DTC P1106 after installing E-Manage

DTC P1106 after installing E-Manage
I got E-Manage form a guy at work and we put it in over the weekend and when I drove to pick up my girlfriend last night the MIL came on. I pulled the codes at shucks today cause my shop was closed and cleared it and it was code P1106. Any ideas on what this could be? The code is for BARO circuit range/ performance. I have a 01 civic lx 5 speed.
