I thought that EK rear struts won't fit over EF/EG lca's.

You will need the front lower shock fork to fit the fronts.

The rear will work a long as your car is not an 88. The 88 rear control arm is different like the typeR.

they will fit but they aren't right. i think they are valved different. i've looked at a couple of different brands and they give different part #'s for the fronts.

Ever wonder how the performance of a 2100lbs car would be affected by running a shock/spring setup theoretically designed for a ~300lbs heavier car with much more weight over it's nose?

you need to buy coilovers for an EG, and get the EG front forks, and bolt em on

you can use 92-95 forks, if u have a stock motor and radius arms... with b or k motor swap this wont work , do to axles hitting when turning... and aftermarket traction bars cause problems also... learned this by putting omnis on a crx, had to turn down the collars to fit in ef forks... as far as their dampning being a factor, i dont see it being a issue...

Care to explain why? The "good enough" attitude is what lets hacks fill the market with crap, and keeps people buying that crap.

i can bolt just about anything on my car and make it work. but there is a difference between making something work and making something right. and what is the point of telling him to buy eg coilovers and fronts forks? it makes no sense at all. why would you buy sometyhing for an eg when you own an ef, and they make the product for an ef? and as far as the dampening goes.

i wasnt stating this his best bet, but letting him know he has the option... i dont even know his suspension needs, track, street, coarse... in my case omni didnt make a drag coilover for da ef chassis... i dont know the science behind the dampning issue, didnt mean to offend any1, but in case, somes coilovers come with dampners, as well as adjusting ur spring load...

this is why i hate typing things when trying to explain something or ask a question. people read it one way and take it differently from how is was intended. i wasn't offended and I hope you weren't either. i just didn't understand the point in telling him to buy things for an eg when he has an ef. but anyways, sorry if I came off rude but i really wasn't trying be.
