yeah my engine is burning a lot of oil and i don't know whats causing it.last time i checked my dipstick there was no oil on it. also my car doesn't have blue smoke coming out my exhaust so i know it isn't my valve seals(em i correct?). engine has about 152000miles on it

 

Have you switched oil grades lately? Sounds like classic ring blow-by.

Granted 152,000 miles isn't low mileage, but if the motor was well maintained, it sounds a tad premature to me.
