Hello, I am going through the wiring on the 91 hatch i just got from a friend (RIP). The car is throwing an ELD code. The eld pin location on the ecu (b19) has been cut and goes to a plug in the engine bay that is disconnected. Where should this wire go originally. I have no clue why is was messed with . Thanks alot.

 

Does the plug have a green/red wire coming from it? If so, it goes to the ELD in the engine compartment fuse box. This fuse box is on the passenger side near the windshield.
