Tire availability for 18"/19" wheels is very skimpy, compared with the many tires available for 17"/18" wheels. The 18"/19" sizes you'll need are 215/35-18 and 275/30-19. The only really good summer tire available in those sizes is the Pirelli PZero Nero. You can get less expensive tires, but they will be a significant step down in performance, and there's no sense in degrading the performance of your supercar in order to save a few bucks on tires.

Those are all-season tires. Do you drive your NSX in the winter? If so, then all-seasons are probably a good idea, although they will compromise your performance the rest of the year. If not, then you can take advantage of the higher performance of summer tires.

Those are all summer tires, and the Pirelli is the best (by far). As previously mentioned, it's available in 215/35-18 for the front; you can use either 265/30-19 or 275/30-19 in the rear, and I know the PZero Nero is available in one of those sizes if not both.
