Default 1996 ek Drips Coolant - Bum Water Pump?

Or bum shade tree mechanic? Automatic daily driver 105k. Did timing belt and water pump 6k ago without issue. I am now getting dripping that looks to be directly at the lower timing belt cover. It only drips when I first start it and seems to to have started to happen since it got cold here in Chicago. The system then prseeurizes just fine and does not overheat. It does not leak once pressurized. Water pump was aftermarket new-bosch I believe. Any thoughts here? Gotta change the oil soon so I'll be under it. I don't wanna pull the SOB apart again in the winter. Thnx.

factory pump or aftmkt? pop your head underneath and see if it is dripping out the weep hole.
