Default My 99 AV6

Im new here to H-T, but have lurked for a while...I'm not sure if this is in the correct area, but didnt know anywhere else to put it.

I own and drive a 1999 Honda Accord V6 Coupe.

I've been active on V6p for about 5 years...some of you may recognize my car from over there...Heres some pictures

I made the engine covers myself.

As for the lip, it is the OEM optional lip kit for the 98-00. You can try your dealership, but the kit is discontinued and sometimes hard to find, and usually pretty expensive.

Ive replaced the OEM tranny twice with honda remans. The current one is holding up alright after 30000 miles. My goal is to have a 6spd swap done at some point, just need to find the money and the time (this is a DD and I need it especially during the winter)

i like the style of the 98-01 accords but i see that they have tranny issues all the time(i work at honda)

Yea, Ive definitely have had problems with the transmission. A lot of other Accord owners have had problems, its a well known thing that the transmission is fragile.
I'd like to find the tranny out f a cl-s or possibly use the 7th gen accords 6spd, but favor the CL-s because of the LSD.

DO YOU NEED ANY CUSTOM WORK TO FIT THE CL-S TRANNY ON ACCORD J30 ?

As far as it bolting up, theres no problem.... but the wiring is another topic.
