Default front left wheel is wobbly on 92 accord

i just got a 92 accord from an auction out here. it is a 2 dr. 5 speed. the alignment was pretty off when i got it. i just got the alignment done and it goes straight but the wheel shakes at certain points and i can feel it wobbly on the left. i just got it smogged and when it was on the dyno you could see it wobbling. what do you guys think is wrong? the alignment place didnt say anything about it. it rides straight. the brakes are good so i dont think it is a rotor. i just got the tires put on, they were used tires and im not sure if the place balanced them or not but im not sure it could be wobbling like this even if they didnt balance them... looked like a bent rim wobble or i dunno... something worn, bent or loose the way the tire rotates but it still drives straight? im not familiar with these cars so im hoping someone here has had this similar problem and can tell me what to look for...

I would say bent rim. Try moving the suspect wheel to the back and see if the wobble goes away.

If you can spot the wheel / tire wobbling while it's slowly rotating, you could have either a bent rim or a tire with a broken belt.
It will take a close inspection, but if you watch closely at the wheels bead area; you should see no side to side movement. If you don't; then it's the tire that has the problem. If you do; then the rims the culprit.
