Default Need help! Brake/hazard light issue.

Hey everyone, whenever I press the brake on my 97 EX coupe it lights up all 4 corner markers, the lights that turn on when you turn your hazards on. The hazard indicator shows up on the dash, and they all light up. Any idea what could be causing this?? Thanks in advance everyone.

Well, we can't look at every inch of your wire harness through the internet, magical a place as it may be.

Sorry duder, but you need to do your own legwork at this point.

I'm looking for known issues that cause this, such as a brake pedal switch or relays, things of that nature.

Obviously you all can't see my wiring harness, so common sense would say i'm looking for common causes to this. Thanks for trying.

Well, there should not be any continuity or link between the brake pedal switch and the turn signals / hazard. This means a wire is crossed somewhere that it shouldn't. They are not bridged through a common relay.

So again, you need to do your own legwork from this point on.

That is exactly what i needed to know, now I know what to look for. Thank you. Any idea where I can find a diagram of what the wiring harness is supposed to look like? I have a PDF Manual for my car, would it be in there?
