The 95 GSR had a slightly slower launch than you did. He had some extra HP somewhere, or shifted faster.
Your times are right where they should be for a stock GSR.

The 95 GSR's are a little stronger 0bd1.

it was at 6-8PM in bakersfield CA it was like 95* out there but at times there were some cool winds were coming down
Stock stock they produce better baseline dyno's and have tested with better times, its a different ECU program all together I believe.I don't care what anyone says the 94 to 97 ECU's ran the car better, even though the 96 is obd2 it wasn't as restrictive as the 98+ ecu's.
go to http://integra.vtec.net/carmag/index.html and click on dyno plots and take a look at the 95 baseline 150 WHP and 120lbs of tq.And another thing go plug a 95 ECU into your ride and tell me you don't feel the car pulling harder.

All engines produce different numbers from the factory. You could very easily find two stock gsrs, a 95 and a 98, and find the 98 producing better results. Some engines are strong from the factory, some are weak.
Some are stronger than others. The myth was started by an import magazine that did a header compairison test on a ODB1 car and an ODB2 car, and wrote a huge article about emissions restrictions when the ODB1 car got better results. What they neglected to mention was that every engine responds to modifications differently, one engine may get 5whp from a header and another engine made days afterwars may only get 3whp. Its just how it goes.
And I don't trust butt dyno's, so I am not going to spend $500+ to do an ODB1 conversion so I can think the car is pulling harder.

I will get dyno figures sooner or later, and I will post them on Honda tech.I know my car runs stronger with that ECU,even though its a but dyno,my friend has tried 2 95 computers and he could instantly feel it pull better.1 was my ECU the other was a friends matter a fact he did't want to give it back.I due think they use different ECU programs in the 2.My car sounds different and feels as though it pulls harder, atleast I know for a fact the car feels different with this ECU.

You can get stock tires down to a 2.2 60' time...
Just run em at 18 psi and launch at 4k. Probably get you to a 15.1-15.2...
